General Policy

  • All refund or return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • We reserve the right to assess all requests to ensure fairness to both parties.

Physical Products

  • Physical items may be returned only if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Products & Services

Due to their nature, the following are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or delivered:

  • Digital downloads (e-books, documents, software)
  • Online courses, virtual trainings, and digital resources
  • Subscription-based or access-restricted content
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Where verified, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased at a discount or during promotions are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective physical items and will be for the same product.

Gifts

  • Refunds for gifted items, where applicable, will be issued to the original purchaser.
